Brad Hardwick Named THEM VP Engineering
Marlton, NJ – T.H.E.M. is pleased to announce Brad Hardwick will fill its VP Engineering position effective immediately. He comes to THEM with a systems/controls background and has been involved in packaging related applications for almost 20 years.
Mr. Hardwick's association with T.H.E.M. began in 2003 on a series of stick packaging activities that all launched nationally.
“I am very happy to elevate Brad to the VP Engineering position”, said T.H.E.M. CEO Neil Kozarsky. “His experience and expertise in managing highly advanced packaging projects will bring significant value to our client base”
Mr. Hardwick attended Drexel University's BSEE program and later Kennedy Western University for a BSCS. With a focus on real-time systems and process control, he also has diversity serving project s for the FAA and Chevron.
His current role at T.H.E.M. includes leading sophisticated stick packaging initiatives involving systems/controls, advanced automation and dosing methodologies.

In addition to the accomplishments and increased levels of responsibility tied to T.H.E.M.'s stick packaging business, Mr. Hardwick holds two patents for a gantry system used in an automated shopping product. He has traveled throughout the world during his career and lives in South Jersey with his wife and children.
