New Engineering Director Adds Global Experience To T.H.E.M.
Marlton, NJ – T.H.E.M. is pleased to announce the addition of Ivan Radosavljevic to the company. Mr. Radosavljevic joined the organization in October and is already positively impacting the business.
“Ivan has extensive expertise in manufacturing practices, acquired through a diverse range of positions with ever-increasing responsibilities,” said Neil Kozarsky, C.E.O. of T.H.E.M. “He's demonstrating an ability to quickly absorb the key aspects of our stick packaging business through dialogue with our key clients.”
Throughout his extensive career, Mr. Radosavljevic has gained valuable engineering and management skills in positions spanning the globe. He has engineered dams in Nigeria and airports in Iraq, as well as hotels in Russia and sugar mills in Hawaii. Most recently, he served as a project manager at Inductotherm Corp. in Rancocas, New Jersey. This extensive international experience makes him a valuable addition to T.H.E.M. and Sanko's team.
“He's going to be an important part of our ongoing efforts to continuously improve support for the Sanko machinery and systems in the United States,” Kozarsky said.
Mr. Radosavljevic is excited about the new challenges that his position will provide. “I am really focusing on our service and support capabilities as the business takes on an increasingly international scale”, Mr. Radosavljevic stated. “We are already seeing the results of some new initiatives.”
Mr. Radosavljevic is a graduate of the University of Belgrade, in Serbia, and currently resides in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
